Indulge in an evening of extraordinary flavor as Coast 236 presents a one-night-only Champagne & Caviar Tasting Dinner, celebrating the elegance and craftsmanship of two exceptional producers: Marshallberg Farm, known for its sustainably raised Osetra caviar from North Carolina, and Calvisius, Italy’s renowned purveyor of world-class sturgeon roe.
This intimate dinner features a thoughtfully curated, multi-course tasting menu designed to showcase the purity, texture, and nuance of these distinguished caviars—each course paired with an elevated selection of exceptional champagnes to enhance and illuminate the flavors on the plate. Guests are invited to arrive at 5:30 PM for complimentary champagne and an amuse bouche, followed by a 6:00 PM seating for the full tasting experience. Seating is limited to 36 guests, ensuring a beautifully paced, personal, and immersive evening. |
