We are honored that the James Beard Foundation, for the second year in a row, has designated Chef Rick Bower a Smart Catch Ambassador, their highest Smart Catch honor! Chef Rick was previously recognized as a ​Smart Catch Leader for his and our efforts to promote sustainability through our menu and philosophy.
