About Guest Chef Rob ShanerA traveler by nature, Chef Rob Shaner discovered his passion for cooking while living in Paris as a teenager. After returning to Chicago in 2010, he worked with top kitchens across the city, including serving as Executive Chef at Hotel Lincoln for the Boka Restaurant Group. In 2020, he opened Robert et fils, an intimate French restaurant in Chicago’s North Center neighborhood. Today, he shares his craft as a full-time instructor at Kendall College and as a private chef, bringing French technique and Midwestern warmth to every table. |
